Not really. Simply provide that (1) no state or federally-authorized or -subsidized institution (banking, colleges, etc.) shall accept any foreign-issued identification documentations, other than passports with a valid U.S. visa; (2) the first time an illegal alien is caught, they will be subjected to fingerprinting, retinal scan, etc. If they are caught again within the U.S. more than a week later, they will be sent to a hard labor camp.
I don't think very many aliens would have to be sent to the labor camp if the rules were enforced.

Woe be it for me to burst your bubble, or take exception to your argument--which is a "non-starter," in as NO ONE (OR VERY FEW INSTITUTIONS--PRIVATE OR OTHERWISE) ARE REFUSING TO "HONOR" THESE CARDS.
I think you probably scanned this post and replied, before taking the time to do a little due diligence's and check out the links I provided.
Unfortunately, as the old saying goes: "Money talks, and Bullsh*t Walks," and this is apparently, what is happening here in this country.
Businesses (especially Banks and for the life of me I can't understand why, as most "undocumented workers" simply use their bank accounts to transfer or send money back to Mexico and I must be missing something as to how banks make money on this) and other institutions, including (IF YOU READ THE POST, SOME 800 LEA's and 13 STATES) are falling all over themselves to "accept" these forms of "ID's" from obviously, illegal aliens--including, sadly, but not suprisingly--local, state and federal agencies.
