Yep. That's their goal, and it will likely be accomplished since the American sheeple don't really care about anything other than football and who Samantha on Sex and the City is sleeping with.

It won't be a "Red Dawn" scenario, rather something more along the lines of the (suppressed) miniseries "Amerika". The latter is really, really hard to get ahold of (I just finished watching it). In that scenario, most of the citizens simply roll over and others become quislings. Utterly pathetic. The movie was made in 1987. They were off by 20 years.
