Back in '98, Bill appointed you
Howard Matz, I think, you know what to do
But if Peter Paul can't be slimed enough
With the defendant then start playing rough
Blame it all on David Rosen...he had done it all
Blame it all on David Rosen...make him take the fall
Make sure that my role is hidden publicly
A nice appointment you will get from me
Blame it all on David Rosen...he did it all
Don't you fail me now...or I'll make this vow
You will pay a price...ha ha ha ha...it won't be nice
If the truth comes out...I am really screwed
For that kind of news...I'm not in the mood
But if Peter Paul can't be slimed enough
With the defendant then start playing rough
Blame it all on David Rosen...he had done it all
Blame it all on David Rosen...make him take the fall
Make sure that my role is hidden publicly
A nice appointment you will get from me
Blame it all on David Rosen...he did it all
Don't you fail me now...or I'll make this vow
You will pay a price...ha ha ha ha...it won't be nice
Any judge recommended by Barbara 'Pinko' Boxer and appointed by Bill Clinton should not be anywhere near this case - after these comments this guy should be forced to recuse himself as an obviously interested and biased party.
This means that, if Rosen's convicted, he'll get the lightest possible sentence. That way he'll stand up, shut up, and do his time. The only hope we had for getting Rosen to flip and spill the beans on the Witch was for him to be convicted and given the largest possible sentence.
Hannity talking about it now. He wants the judge to recuse himself.
Matz was unanimously approved by the senate in 1998, which was Republican controlled.
I guess he should have been fililbustered. :)
Tonken is on the witness list.
Then the judge should recuse himself and have the trial reassigned to a judge with no conflict of interest, or appearamce of impropriety.
Bet me, before it is over, this judge will have found a way to make sure none of the taped evidence sees the light of day.
Sounds like this trial is a complete waste of time, given that the judge already knows EVERYTHING...
(sarcasm terminated, temporarily)
