OH MY GAWD! Those words are going to be said by the presiding judge during Jury instructions.

I would say there is a bit of conflict of interest here. Can he really predjudice the jury that way and get away with it?

What is his home address.

No I think this was a jury instruction conference. However the judge has not commented on the actual audio tape. The judge was editorializing but the fact that the judge has vocalized his opinion makes all his rulings suspect.

Could the judge be fishing for an intentional mistrial? Essentially if he causes a mistrial he is protecting the Clintons. (and the tape does not become public)
