Being a pro-abortion teacher in Catholic school is not being pregnant. Clearly the Catholic school was within its rights to terminate an employee whose personal views are in direct conflict with religious teachings. That's why religious groups can disseminate by not hiring people of other religions but other employers cannot discriminate based on religion.
