I'm getting tired of this cr*p. For 214 years Senate rules have allowed for the "Nuclear Option." Invoking the nuclear option would just be upholding Senate trdition!

Heavens forbid! Do you really think it might come to this? I guess a triple dog dare would be the ultimate weapon in this case, but let's hope the dog dare or double dog dare do the trick because the other is to scary to contemplate.

This is incredible.

Can anyone imagine Lyndon Johnson running the Senate like this? Or Mike Mansfield? Or Sam Rayburn in the House? Or Tip O'Neill?

Seems that only one party knows how to wield power when they have it.

I never thought I'd see a worse Majority Leader than Trent Lott, but here he is.
