Man, who could forget that. They ended up following it with a program that tried to trash it.
The prosecution always gets to close. But, this wasn't a trial. It was a show that deserved to be seen on its own accords without treating it like a debate.
I managed to view it later, but initially I was confused about when, even if, it was ever going to air on TV.
But it seems I recall watching with no problem a fluff piece on Kerry on cable. "War Hero" blahdadah.
He does hold one record though. He must have the most purple hearts for a man who never spent a day in a hospital.
If even 1/10th of the stuff and history that should have come out on Kerry, would have come out on Kerry.....the election would have been over by Oct. 1.
I knew that elections are made-for-media events but purposely covering up and refusing to carry info and details about a candidate's anti-war history, voting record, lack of attendance in the Senate, etc. etc. took it to a whole new realm of protecting the precious story.
