...Remember when the Kerry/RAT/DNC lawyer brigade threatened Sinclair broadcasting into pulling back a lot of it's airings of the SwiftBoat Vet film using slander and libel charges?...
Man, who could forget that. They ended up following it with a program that tried to trash it.
The prosecution always gets to close. But, this wasn't a trial. It was a show that deserved to be seen on its own accords without treating it like a debate.
I managed to view it later, but initially I was confused about when, even if, it was ever going to air on TV.
But it seems I recall watching with no problem a fluff piece on Kerry on cable. "War Hero" blahdadah.
He does hold one record though. He must have the most purple hearts for a man who never spent a day in a hospital.

If even 1/10th of the stuff and history that should have come out on Kerry, would have come out on Kerry.....the election would have been over by Oct. 1.
I knew that elections are made-for-media events but purposely covering up and refusing to carry info and details about a candidate's anti-war history, voting record, lack of attendance in the Senate, etc. etc. took it to a whole new realm of protecting the precious story.

[ Hillary was up to her eyeballs in this scandal. She needed to lie to the FEC so she would have hard money available in the final weeks to fight Rick Lazio. ]

I just read your link about the judge. This stuff makes me so mad that I hate it. A Clinton appointed judge. Looks like Rosen will 'roll over' like Hubble did.

Unless Paul's attorney moves for a recusal for Matz's
remarks, it's going to be a short quick fizzle.

Yes, it does seem improper for the judge to even make that remark. What if Rosen came out and said "Hillary told me to do it"?
Wouldn't that be a thrill???

That judge will do everything in his power to protect Hillary,
and then some. Understand, Paul can't promote Matz,
Hillary, if she becomes president, can elevate him to
infamous 9th Circuit of Appeals.

I'm sure the 9th circuit would love to have him, he'd fit right in with the rest of them.
I just can't believe how these people give up and go to jail for the Clintons and Rosen is a young guy!

Watch for the judge to not allow evidence and testimony
just enough to skew the jury. Rosen will walk, and
Hillary will clap her hands with joy. And of course
the DemoRats will clamor for more judicial independence!

There are two cases. One in California Superior Court, and
the other, in federal district court!
