I did a doubletake before I realized it was an altered photo. He's certainly got good shoulders under his head. :o)

I believe you are right.
However it will not go away no mater how much we wish it to.
I believe that Bolton will indeed succeed in bring at least some reforms to the U. N. The fact is they need us far more than we need them. We have the financial means to force at least some reforms and bring out the bad things there to a much greater extent than they now are. We can increase our investigations many fold. Bolton will do so. Because the UN knows this they will investigate themselves more truthfully.
If this fails I believe Bush has the Balls to reduce the funding to the UN drastically. He will just explore other options first as he always does. And for the most part is successful with his patience.

His buckling gave the Democrats additional time to dump every possible accusation on Bolton's head. But Voinovich is right in this sense: With the passage of time, the case against Bolton is looking ever weaker. The democrats are masters of the last minute unsubstantiated allegation that turns out to be false. I have watched them use it for years. There is always a few weak republicans that will pee their pants. I expect to see a replay on Thursday.

Your point exposes the complete stupidity of our party leaders at the national level as well as in the senate where the demoncrats have used it quite a few times in recent history.
