Our very existence is what motivates them...are you gonna volunteer to end your existence to try to minimize jihadist violence?
The post I was replying to was regarding the life of a soldier. I admit I may be completely wrong on this, but isn't this pretty much what soldiers do? Risk (and often lose) their lives to lessen, if not eliminate, threats to national security? At least that's the way it seems. I'd say jihadist violence falls into this category.
