Aack, I missed that! Good for Tony mentioning FR.

Tony does a good job talking about how conservatives should contact the fence-sitters, Collins, Snowe, Hagel etc. instead of grumbling amongst themselves. Also should contact Spectre because if Specter votes with the Dims, he WILL lose chairmanship of the Judiary committee.

Tony says that even though Pubs sometimes do stupid things, they are NOT "the stupid party".

Yep... and Tony said he'd light up the torches and grab the pitchforks with us if he's wrong about an imminent GOP victory on judicial nominations. I'm thinking he's right, that the Constitutional option just isn't soup yet, but it will be ready next week.
