I am not sure why it is sad if it happens. It is not as if this is West Point with a long history at its location. They are also not proposing that the Army War College be eliminated, just relocated. Why not use space available at other facilities? It would make sense to put it at a facility that could be multi use. Presently the Carlisle Barracks serves no other purpose other than to house the War College. I propose moving it to one of the uninhabited areas of Fort Huachuca, I can guarantee there will be no distractions from the student's studies there.
