Disclaimer: Polls are absolutely irrelevant for President Bush . . . He NEVER has to run for re-election again.
This said, the next time you hear some leftist pundit (or neighborhood weenie) indicate that the President's job approval ratings have plummeted just remind them of the following:
Despite the fact that pollsters have stopped polling 'likely voters' and started polling 'adults' (which enables them to oversample Democrats by 5-12 points), the President's job approval ratings have remained remarkably STABLE; conversely, the job approval ratings for DEMOCRAT and REPUBLICAN CONGRESSMEN/WOMEN have reached their lowest point in almost a decade!!!!

BOTTOMLINE: At a time when most American 'adults' are worried about the economy, the President's job approval ratings have remained solid at 50%, while the job approval ratings for BOTH Democrat and Republican 'CongressCritters' have plummeted to their lowest point in almost a decade!! THE PRESIDENT REMAINS, BY FAR, THE MOST POPULAR POLITICIAN ON THE NATIONAL STAGE TODAY!
FYI: If House and Senate politicians think they're having problems, they should consult some GOVERNORS!
According to SurveyUSA, Governor Taft (OH) has a job approval rating of 19% and ARNOLD (CA) is 'teetering' at 40%!
