....no wisecracks about the author's name.....Anyone who wants to professionally go by the name "Dick Johnson" has no business complaining about the resulting remarks. But that's not even as bad an unspeakable pun as could be made of the Wall Street Journal writer who was listed as the author of the WSJ's paperback release of The Starr Report -- Phil Kuntz.
