It's sad we have a federal system that supports destroying fathers, and punishing women and their childrens.

How can we fix this ?

There are alot of GOOD MEN/FATHERS that want to care, love, and provide for their childrens, but this system's is preventing it from happening.

why?

Rush Limbaugh says that it's because the Democrats want to keep people dependent on government and that way they are sure to stay in power. Who knows? I think it started out as compassion for the less fortunate, but has gotten way out of hand.
