The Army folks wouldn't hold it against you. After all, it's not your fault that the Air Force conditions you to expect nightly turndown service with a sweet and a smile. :O
;)
The illegals were doing that prior to 1999 when we left Yuma. Many sorties were messed up because of illegals on the range.
Excuse me mister but I believe you forgot the mint on the pillow ;)
Yep, we sort of have it good in the AF :)
I rather have stuff like that a little inland where it is less bombable IMO.
The range signs are in English and in Spanish, too. These aliens are simply defiant or stupid (and I rarely use that word). I would have no problem with live fire occurring knowing they were below me.
(and I'm not the pilot, dh is)
Lol! *EX*actly!
Pssst (she says in a whisper)...I'm a Mrs. :)
He's let it be known that he's OK with closing Luke. Willy closed and it didn't hurt him.
Thanks for the ping!
In this case it might not be the right word. Ignorant might be the right word. Some of them can't read Spanish any more than they can Enlish. Even the Spanish speaking OTM's. Mexico's literacy rate, 92.2% isn't too awfully bad by world standards, but south of there is gets pretty bad for a good long distance. Guatamala 70.6%, Honduras 76.2%, Nicaragua 67.5%, El Salvador 80.2%. Of course the least literate are generally the poorest and the most likely to head north. (rates are from the CIA world factbook, US rate is 97% using the same definition)
OTOH, some of them probably are simply defiant. Those should reap what they sow, and find themselves in the middle of live fire exercise.
My apologies ma'am.
Now can I have a teddy bear and will you leave the light on?
It was McConnell AFB and we did get hit by a tornado...that was exciting.
