They reproduced the German V2 engine.

Now there's "back to the future" for ya.

So did we.

You mean the US?

Yes, we did that about 50 years ago.

I think it was the Redstone that was Vaun Braun's V2 upgrade.

ROFLMAO!

I hear they plan on replicating the Wright-B flyer next in a technological marvel called the airplane.

Weee! During the launch, some school kids fired their own rocket made of cardboard and balsa wood. When last seen, it was streaking past the Canadian "rocket". Meanwhile, Canadian rocket scientists were proclaiming, "We'll land on the moon by 2069!"

"Canadian Arrow now has an engine with the thrust required to launch passengers to space,"

What? Tie an anorexic midget to the engine and point it straight up?

Does anyone else here remember "Dinosaurs" on ABC several years ago? Specifically: the Mister Lizard blackout with the rocket engine?

"How does this rocket engine work, Mr. Lizard?"
"Well Timmy, you just stand here and watch it very closely while I get behind this lead shield."
"Gee Mr. Lizard, I'm lookin' but I don't see anything happening."
(countdown voice) "Three...two...one..." WHOOOF!
(Mr.L calling to offstage) "Uh oh - looks like we need another Timmy!"

Classic.
