Ried is yapping about how the GOP blocked Clinton nominees. Republicans represented the MAJORITY then, as they do now. Ried and leaky-Leahy are trying to justify filibusters on judicial nominees now. They are such "losers".

An individual judge here or there is not important. The rule is what is important, here. Any agreement that does not deal with the rule only strengthens the Democrats' hand.
The 'Pubbies in the Senate need to play this game to win, not to tie. A tie is as good as a loss...
