The thing that I don't understand is this. This Paul character blew the whistle on the story because he was angry that the Clintons didn't keep their end of the bargain regarding his enterprise.
Yet, the guy that's going down is Rosen. What, if anything, happens to Hillary remains to be seen, and surely Paul knows this. Did he despise Rosen too? Was Paul's hatred for the Clintons so intense that he can send a guy up the river for 15-20? Am I missing a few facts?

He has a civil suit against the Clintons and others. This criminal suit against Rosen leads to Hillary. She had to order him to underreport. Remember that Hillary has to have absolute control of everything.

Paul has the incriminating info, but he can't control how the prosecutors work. Besides, he has his own civil case against the Clintons, and maybe the prosecutors don't wish to be seen to be directly aiding that with a simultaneous criminal case?
