Yes, but jail time for giving a punk a well deserved butt kicking isn't worth it.

However, punk getting jail time for being a cyber harasser and internet stalker, THAT is worth it.
That, and the possibility of getting it in the papers, AND finding his real name, AND getting him barred from ever touching a computer again..
THAT would be sweet vengeance.
