FR could also contact hotmail and try find out who this person is. Hotmail will not give accounts to anon-proxy server users either. they have to accept a cookie in order to create an account.
Look at the link again. There's another name there...someone who signed up the same day and posted a message saying that James54's hack worked. Later, someone said it didn't. I suspect that's another name to work with.
I noticed that also, however anyone can put anything as an email address and it highlights as legitimate ones do.
I was interested in that James54, in the url I indicated, seemed to be a flamer in that he posted the same dribble repeatedly on that post and one after another.
