On a dial-up connection, everytime one dials up a new IP is generated. So when I dial-up, say, and after my cookies are deleted, I click on FR and I can see FR, I click on "log in" and give my SN and PW. It (IP) would be different each time. So, is the IP checked or verified with the previous click, during each new click on FR after logging in? Or is it just lodgged?

You usually get a dynamic IP when you dial-up, but it is most likely from a block or range assigned to the provider.

The trouble is that if you block that range of numbers you end up blocking other legitimate users who use the same service.
