Our recourse is to delete his posts and remove his account, and ban his IP address.I would wager that this activity would constitute a violation of his own ISP's Terms of Service; Identifying his ISP and presenting this to them would most likely result in the removal of his access privledges.

Good morning.
Wouldn't this thing's actions qualify as malicious mischief? Defacing a building with graffiti is a crime and this is similar. It's not much of a charge but it can get the law's attention and other charges can then be added.
