Is this person doing this, hoping to be challenged, expressly to harm Free Republic or the Robinson's (through legal tie-ups, harm of reputation, etc.)? 2008 elections coming up and wouldn't some find it sweet to tie up Free Republic with litigation or by marginalizing/discrediting FR by making it a place known for having this kind of stuff on it?
Kind of like coming in to pillage a town....

IIRC, there were no graphics at the time. I was so shocked though, I'm not 100% certain they were not there.

He can't prove it. And I highly doubt he was reading this thread.
This has devolved into complete silliness. I've said already I noticed lots of Sitemeter hits to my blog coming in from FR and followed them back. I ended up on this thread at about the 1000th post or so, where the link to my blog was posted. So no, I wasn't reading this thread. And, of course, you're correct: nobody can prove a negative. But at this point, I'd suggest you have this site's admins compare my IP address with the ones of your malicious poster and see if we are even located in the same part of the world (I'm in North Carolina, for what it's worth). That should be simple enough. Best of luck tracking him down. I'll now leave you all to your conversation.

I can google site stats and show them the same way you did.
That doesn't prove anything.
And when posters look at your site, they don't show up as being from FR.
They show up as being from, say, road runner.
