It seems to me that there are FReepers who are a tad young to be seeing that kind of crap (I have 12 grandkids and I'm too 'young' to see it). I would think that unsolicited delivery of explicit sexual images (especially to minors) is a probably a felony. Care must be taken, however to ensure that any charges go against the poster and not the forum.
The mods do a really good job of cleaning that crap up, as I have missed posts to me which were pulled while I was on another thread.

Except perhaps the addition of some Mods. It can't be easy to stay on top of a site this big.
Our other dog is a 18 pound Boston Terrier who could not care less if someone breaks in. She wouldn't even notice and she certainly would not wake up. If he made too much noise she might wearily groan and roll over.
The only way we could get our Boxer to defend the house is if it were broken into by cats. He has a maniacal hatred of all cats. It borders on psychosis.
He also has dominance issues with other dogs--they MUST acknowledge that he is the boss, or there is trouble.
But, if it walks on two legs, it only means one thing to him: Friend.
Yeah, we have good mods, until now the relatively low number of mods hasn't been much of an issue.
The mod to poster ratio is pretty low, like a couple thousand posters to every one lone mod.
But with this troll.. Dunno how they will respond to him.
I just hope we hear about what they do.
