Pardon me sir, My mistake. Your fee was fair. Some people don't realize that the realtor commision is only part of the closing costs. On top of that the buyer and seller also cover closing costs, inspections, deed preparation, title insurance, recording release of mortgage...
And much of those services are handled by the title company and attorneys such as yourself.
If I was the selling party in this case I would demand a flat rate. $35,000 is way too much for a house priced to sell in three days! The seller must not have known the market very well.
