I had a similar thought. Wrestling a girl who's your size is no trivial matter. She may not have your upper body strength, but she may have stronger legs than you. She's also balanced differently; she has a lower center of gravity. She's also done more wrestling with boys that you have with girls. A boy facing a girl for the first time could be at a serious disadvantage.



The other advantage a girl may have at that age, though it is highly variable is a more developed co-ordination ... I guess it would depend alot on the girl and boy. Seems to me if I remember correctly I was darn clunky at that age. :o)

Of course, with the BCD glasses I wore (any military person knows what THOSE are...:)through school, any contact I might have been able to get in wrestling with the opposite sex might have been the high point (and also the ONLY point) of my high school experiences with them...

A desperate teenage guy will stoop to many things...:)
