I've noticed lots of people comparing this fireman to Terri Schaivo.

Has anybody seen a CAT scan of Mr. Herbert's brain? I remember a CAT scan of Terry Schaivo's brain. (Posted on FR.) It had a huge hole in the middle where her cerebral cortex (Center of higher brain functions)was. It had been replaced by fluid. Does Don Herbert suffer from similiar damage to his cerebral cortex or other portion of his brain?

Let's compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges. Every case is different and should be treated that way.

Actually there were some questions raised, whether the CATSCAN all over the internet really belonged to Terri or not.

Don't you find it odd, that Michael Schiavo refused to allow taking of an MRI, PETSCAN, or even another CATSCAN, and also refused to allow neurologists to go and examine Terri? If he were telling the truth, the easiest way to prove it would have been to allow those tests.
