Fertility rates are declining all over the world. Tunisa already has below replacement level fertility and Algeria and Morocco are not too far behind it. And these are the countries that are supposed to take over Europe by colonization. I have stated more that a few times that by 2050 Europe will need immigrants but won't be able to find them.

Add Iran to your list. The table
here shows total fertility as high as 8.1 children per woman in rural areas as recently as 1977. Overall it is now less than replacement level, which is quite an amazing decline, far faster than anything that happened in Europe.
