That is a new tactic Senate Dems are threatening to use. Apparently, every committee must have at least one of the opposition party (OP) present to do business. If no OP member is present, the committee cannot vote; thus it cannot get nominees out of committee.This is too sweet for words. My tagline completes the thought.

I would think that parlimentary procedures would allow a vote once a quorum was reached.
