"This showed that she had broken ribs, vertebrae, femur and knees. Mr Schiavo said that she suffered the injuries during her early treatment."

I've heard Michael Schiavo claim this before. Frankly, it sounds ludicrous. I can remember hearing about people injured accidentally in hospitals in a fall or something, but this wholesale breaking of all these bones, including ribs?

It makes not a drop of sense to me that during physical therapy a person can have all these bones broken. That would be a multiple lawsuit. And we all know how Michael likes lawsuits.

If I said what I want to say, I would probably become the subject of an investigation. So, I won't say it.

Well, I can see this is going to go for another six months.

BTW, what's going on with OJ, Kobi, Laci, and the Lindberg baby kidnapping these days? We need to keep these stories alive for at least another millenium.

"During the interview they referred to the case of Donald Herbert, the New York fireman who suddenly woke up after 10 years in a semi-vegetative state and spoke lucidly to his wife. Mr Herbert, 43, was knocked unconscious by debris in a burning building in 1995, leaving him blind and mostly mute until last Saturday."

TOTAL BS!

He was in a coma. Plus, he was in a coma for 2 months, not 10 years.

And there is no such thing as "semi-vegetative" state. His condition for the last 10 years was similar to that of a stroke victim.

It appears that Michael Schiavo continues to be a very petty and vengeful man. Hardly a surprise.

So, Terry Schiavo was ordered by the court to die by starvation and dehydration. But, Michael Schiavo can blithely ignore a court order.

Why isn't the dear grieving widower hauled into court for contempt???

Anyone know what happened to the autopsy report?

Bobby Jr said that the family was only made aware in 2002 of a bone scan taken a year after the incident. This showed that she had broken ribs, vertebrae, femur and knees.

Complete horsecrap. Scans prove nothing. Autopsy is due out shortly it would be best to wait for the results.

Mikey continues with his power trip, creepy old Felos can't be reached for comment, and judge greer is off getting an award.
Laugh, you fools, one day many years in the future you will face judgment in the next world and then we'll see what you have to say for yourselves.
And hopefully, at that time, the Schindler family will be reunited around the throne in Heaven.

How evil of Michael to deny Terri's parents access to her remains. I heard someone say, "well, maybe he hasn't had the memorial service yet?" One would have to wonder why he has not had the memorial service yet?

It is cruel to deny the parents access to their daughters remains.

Listen to this interview. PVS is not PVS. Three minutes and 38 seconds into the interview, the doctor clearly states "that there have only been a very few instances in persistent vegetative state of any improvement." (this was treatment by chemical means)
