Don't be so sure. It's widely established that MS was a wife-beater (against the law in all 50 states). Since he has already broken one law, why do you think he'll not break another one. Besides, even if he is convicted of violating a court order by destroying TS' remains, what would the punishment be? 50 hours of feeding the homeless or picking up papers along the road? Big deal.

Though I may agree with you that he most likely was abusive towards her

It is not widely established

Because of the statue of limitations .. there has never been a proper investigation done on this issue

Please stick to the facts that are known .. otherwise you don't help Terri's case
