"Sadly, they failed the test, and by inaction handed the power of the executive branch over to the judicial despots."

The judiciary in the United States is slowly coverting inflict ing a Soviet-style despotism upon our nation. In effect, the judiciary is becoming our "communist party", and other organs of government will be little more than window-dressing--in other words, "Potemkin villages."

I agree.

The cruel myth of judicial supremecy, perpetrated by its beneficiaries, of course, but also cravenly acceded to by the Legislative and the Executive branches of government, has detroyed the checks and balances that always have been our only hope of preventing the very despotism you describe.

God help us.

May the American people awaken from their slumber before it is too late to turn back.
