Microsoft needs to STFU, the gays already have more than adequate protection.
No kidding, there's no "need" for this under any scenario. If I was a MS stockholder I would definitely speak out in opposition to the company wasting resources on this extremely questionable cause. If Gates or Ballmer want to take up the cause with their own monies, fine, but leave the company out of it.
They don't want protection. They want everyone on the face of the earth to bow before them and acknowledge the moral superiority of their "lifestyle".
