Kodak became very pro-gay a few yaers back - if anything it seems to have hastened its decline.
As much as I would like to believe something like that, I think not. What wounded Kodak (and, for that matter, killed Polaroid) is the advent of the digital camera, and there slowness to get on the bandwagon other companies jumped aboard.
It may not be too long before standard film cameras are alongside Betamax VCRs in the museum of outmoded technology.
