It will be a matter of moments before a freeper open border fan comes along and declares that building a wall would be impossible!

This ignores the fact that the same country built an 1,800 mile railroad through mountains, over some of toughest terrain in the country, and in some of the harshest weather - with little more than picks, shovels, and blasting powder.

Yeah, nowadays with prefabricated construction and colossal earth moving machinery, building a wall would be impossible.

Building the Hoover Dam would be impossible as well if it weren't for the fact that we've already done it. Your example of the railroad is equally convincing that we possess the technical expertise and engineering knowhow to build such a wall. If things continue the way they're going, in another few years, a wall may be the only thing standing (pardon the pun) between illegal aliens and armed and dangerous American citizens so fed up with illegal immigration that they actively open fire on anything that moves like it's coming this way across that border.
