Volcker is very hard to understand..........he mumbles. The bottom line is, as you say, he wants the files back.

I don't really care whther Volcker is happy or not. He's trying to whitewash Kofi and it's not going to flush. The WSJ is wrong. The Volcker probe hasn't been the solution, and he's become a large part of the problem.
