I have an afterthought question: why does this guy need "immunity" from Volcker?
Volcker is trying to assert powers that he does not have, and was not granted during the investigation. What we saw today, was a scared old man, doing his best to sway public opinion. The shot at Fox was a dead-giveaway. He is scared.
Kofi and Volcker probably think that they can take 'em to the world court in the Hague...
