Well, Putin is wrong in that we are not a democracy but rather, a representative republic - hence the electoral college. Mike Wallace should know this but since Putin is criticizing the USA heaven forbid that Wallace get in his way!

Honestly? I dont disagree with what Putin said I'm glad the Japanese and Germans don't agree with you. They would still be a menace to the world. I do believe that in both countries, democracy was imported.

Putin is a smart man. Yes he's a shady thug but he knows how to turn the critical arguement 180 degrees. All Putin's points are relevant.
