The Feds aren't any better. Did you notice this?

The federal bill would prohibit illegal aliens from obtaining the standard license, but would allow states to provide separate license documents allowing illegal immigrants to drive.

How is that NOT pandering to illegal aliens and making their illegal status something to overlook. It highlights, yet again, the crap they are allowing illegals to get away with. It's just one more damn case of not enforcing immigration law and rewarding illegal aliens.

No one is for tighter borders than me, but the whole car impound thing is out of hand on the west (left) coast. They charge $40 to $50 a day for basically nothing and it's brought a lot of crooks into the biz. The tow truck assn's pump beau coup bucks into the various legislatures pockets and it shows. Twice I had to prepare "termination packages" on cops who were taking kickbacks.
In Seattle there is an offense, not listed in the law library, but it's known as driving while black. And this is a 'liberal' city ha ha. Do ya hear this California, Oregon and Washington Legislatures? I'm calling you a bunch of crooks!
