Actually, it's just the opposite, generally in April the IRS refunds far more money than it brings in. I know in my area our biggest problem right now is not being able to find enough workers, and I have talked to a lot of other businessmen who are experiencing the same thing. My company has workers that we would love to terminate, but we can't because we wouldn't be able to find replacements.
But we still have unemployment? My area also lacks for workers. There is a disincentive to work in this country.....not enough people going hungry. The 5% unemployed want to start at the top and work themselves down. NUTS!!
No, historically April is one of the best months for money brought into the coffers.
