Back in 2000 when I was a deputy prosecutor, I went to a gang conference. That's where I first heard of MS-13, and at that time they were primarily based in gang-infested L.A. where even there they stood out for their love of wanton, brutal killing for its own sake.
One of the cops showed a slide of the scene of an MS-13 killing. They blew a guy's brains out while he was sitting in the barber shop chair; blood spatter everywhere. The very grisled police veteran called this a "bad hair day."
The Freeper stories and experiences are priceless. Nice story.
At least they didn't use their trademark machete to cut his hair at the neck.
