Yes he is. He is just a little fiscally liberal, not by much but by other Republican standards he is a little liberal with the money. But, I think he is the most socially conservative president since Reagan.

Other than signing the partial birth abortion ban and some tax cuts I am having a hard time thinking of any other conservative policies and legislation that President Bush has gotten enacted.

NCLB? Not conservative.

Drugs for geezers? Not conservative.

Massive and unprecendented expansion of government power, spending, and scope? As far from conservative as you can get.

Leaving our borders wide open and encouraging illegal immigration? Not conservative.

Not using his veto pen a single time? Not conservative.

I could go on and on and on.
