Here's the San Diego wall, made of surplus runway matting, 8' high. It allows the coyotes to move unseen to their jump over positions, out of sight of the BP. When the spotters report that the white BP SUVs have driven out of sight over a distant hill (not to return for hours) the illegals jump over and run for the weeds.

what a poor excuse for a wall we have. it's SO EASY to fix this problem. it pisses me off that our government is willfully negligent on such a crucial issue.
