OK, maybe the UT Austin Dean of Students should be interested as this student has violated their code of conduct:

Sec. 11-804. Certain Other Offenses

-engages in illegal use, possession, and/or sale of a drug or narcotic;[

-engages in harassment. Harassment is defined as conduct that is sufficiently severe, pervasive, or persistent to create an objectively hostile environment that interferes with or diminishes the ability of an individual to participate in or benefit from the services, activities, or privileges provided by the University.

-engages in speech, either orally or in writing, that is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action;
