I think that last 2 movies have been average at best. The first movie started out good, then started to falter, then went to a stinking pile with Jar Jar and the Gungans.

The second movie was a little better, but very confusing.

I keep on wondering why I have not liked the second installment as much as the original trilogy. I think it lacks quality.

Interesting.

I think the opposite.

I liked the Phantom Menace but thought Attack of the Clones was pretty lame.

You're right about Jar-Jar Binks though. He had way too much screen time.

I am looking forward to seeing Revenge of the Sith though. Everything should all come together in this episode.

I found the first one interesting just based on the political conflict that was going on. Im into politics so the story was interesting in those terms.

I dont know how that appeals to 10 yr olds but the first two were very more adult themed of what the conflict really was.

I think the Simpsons did a spoof on it where the they were trying to watch it and it was at that senate room with the Princess talking endlessly about the trade federation and the illegalities and blah blah blah...basically saying the first movie was drop dead boring because of the plot.

I dont know how a 10 yr old would be entertained by that until Jar Jar popped in.
