Ask George Lucas about his hopes for the closing instalment of Star Wars, Revenge of the Sith, and he replies that he expects it to fail.Well, that's what he gets for making his films unintelligent tripe designed only to appeal to the 7-10 age group. Those movies went seriously downhill after the original Star Wars movie.

I slept through most of TPM, and didn't even bother with the second one. And I'm not very excited about the third one either, Star Wars is so 70s.

I'm not sure...
This one looks like it will make up for episodes 1 & 2...
It may be the biggest Star Wars movie yet....

Sith flop Hey, it happens to everyone eventually.
Or so I'm told.

I think that last 2 movies have been average at best. The first movie started out good, then started to falter, then went to a stinking pile with Jar Jar and the Gungans.
The second movie was a little better, but very confusing.
I keep on wondering why I have not liked the second installment as much as the original trilogy. I think it lacks quality.

I agree! In casual conversations I've had with folks of all ages and walks of life - there is A LOT of anticiaption built up for this.
This will be a Star Wars summer

Just give the people what they want, the torture and slow death of Jarjar.

The fact that it apparently has Chewbacca in it doesn't look very promising.

Im in the minority who thought the original was a total bore too. It was a kids fairytale movie.
I watched the first of the new trilogy on DVD and was actually yelling at it to end for the final half hour. There wasn't one character that I gave even a little bit of a crap about. The lead kid was reading his lines. Worst actor ever.
