Nichols and McVeigh's defense attorneys never had access to these tapes. Not only the public is being shut out.
IMO withholding these tapes from defense council in violation of discovery motioins is a flagrant violation of law, and clear evidence of miscarriage of justice.

I agree. Regardless of what is being covered up, Judge Maitsch is most definitely involved.
