Umm, how does Jesus and Christianity get mocked? Jesus is always right and eventually always wins in South Park. They've always been respectful of Christianity and Jesus on that show, though they spare no barbs for hypocrites or nutjobs that are nominally "Christian".
Every time I see someone claim that the show mocks Jesus, it makes it pretty clear that they haven't actually watched the whole show if any at all.
But even removing that, the show is morally and, in my estimation, artistically appalling.
Profanity and vulgarity are not synonymous with humor, they are a replacement for it. Eddie Murphy is hilarious when he isn't working a room full of licentious drunks. When he is, it just isn't funny.
