No part of the Constitution prohibits the secession of a state from the Union.

Therefore, the 10th Amendment applies, to wit:

'' The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. ''

We already had a war over this. The south lost. Deal with it.
